John has serverd as an owner's representative for individual homeowner's, commercial properties and most recently served as a Vanderbilt Owner's Representative for their dorms on West End plus the West End Neighborhood Beautification Project. He worked with designers, contractors, subcontractors during construction, planning and implementation process to ensure successful completion of this project.
